Yes of course! You can check out movie schedules from any of your favorite cinemas nationwide.
Can I view available seats in the app?
You can view available seats of our cinema partners - Ayala Malls Cinemas (Abreeza, Ayala Center Cebu, Bonifacio High Street, Centrio, Glorietta 4, Greenbelt 1, Greenbelt 3, Harbor Point, Marquee, Market! Market!, Trinoma), SM Cinemas, Power Plant Mall Cinemas, Greenhills Cinemas (Promenade Mall and Theater Mall) and Lucky Chinatown.
How do I book seats and buy tickets through GMovies mobile app?
You can purchase movie tickets through the GMovies app in 3 simple steps.
1. Download the GMovies app from the App Store or Google Play Store and sign up.
2. Select a movie, preferred movie theater, desired screening time and seats then press “Buy Tickets”.
3. Choose your preferred mode of payment from our list of payment options.
- For promo codes, please use Credit Card option.
- For claim codes, please select Claim Code option.
- For co-branded promotions, please select the relevant payment option as stipulated in the promotional mechanics.
Once transaction is successful, you’ll receive an email notification of your purchase.
An e-ticket will automatically be stored in GMovies app’s “My Tickets” section which you can present directly to the porter at the cinema door for verification.
Your tickets are also saved on your phone’s gallery.
What payment options are available for GMovies?
You can pay via locally-issued Credit Card (MasterCard/Visa), Bank Deposit (over-the-counter payment), G-Cash, Ayala Malls Cinema's M-Pass or through claim codes.
For Credit Card and Bank Deposit payments, an additional convenience fee of Php25 per ticket is charged for Ayala Malls Cinemas, and Php20 per ticket for all other partner cinemas.
I tried to purchase tickets online but my payment did not push through because of an error. When I tried to purchase the tickets again for the same seats, those were already taken. Does this mean that my previous transaction pushed through? I did not receive any email confirmation for this.
Our system locks-in the seat/s selected for 20 minutes once you have reached the payment page, hence when you tried to check the seats again after your previous unsuccessful transaction, they were still marked occupied. You may try to purchase again after the said lock-in period.
Can I cancel and request refund for the tickets I won’t be able to use?
For tickets purchased for Ayala Malls Cinemas, you may cancel your transaction up to three (3) hours before your screening time through the cancellation link found in the confirmation email sent to your registered mail by SureSeats. It is on the ‘Online Credit Card Transaction Guidelines’ part. Once transaction is confirmed cancelled, you may already book for the new schedule of your choice.
Tickets purchased for Power Plant Mall Cinema, Greenhills Cinemas, SM Cinema, Robinsons Malls Cinemas, and Lucky Chinatown are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as requested by our cinema partners.
